External ID is now available on all asset records.

In Leven we have included all street based assets which impact on the community whether owned by the Parish or the Unitary authority. For example the litter bins are largely owned by the Unitary authority. However, it's the Parish that reports issues with these assets so it is helpful to have them on our register with a photo, condition status and geolocation. Could we have a field therefore that enables assets like this, owned by the unitary authority, but monitored and reported on by the parish, to be included but assigned to the third party? Many organisations use asset tags to control their asset portfolio - not generally used in a small Parish Council but some Town Councils may need this facility or the facility to integrate with asset portfolio software

Unique Asset references would be extremely useful. We use references by type, for example BEN01 for a bench and BUS01 for a bus shelter
